GENERAL INFORMATION
Dimensions for the paper and the image size are provided in the product descriptions. Frames are not included.
All prices will be converted to your currency at checkout.
Small (11”x14”) and medium-sized (16”x20”) prints are shipped flat in a rigid envelope. Large prints (24”x30”) are shipped in a sturdy shipping tube. Prints are only touched with paper-handling gloves and each is protected in a plastic sleeve. Every effort is made to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition.
PAYMENT
PayPal is used for payments and encrypts your confidential data at the highest level commercially available.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Prints are normally shipped within 3-5 business days of your completed order.
Shipping Prices
Canada: $5 CAD
U.S.: $10 CAD
International: $30 CAD
Items are shipped through Canada Post and take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive within Canada and the United States. International shipments can take up to 4 weeks.
For International shipments outside the U.S., faster service is available through Xpresspost™ International and takes approximately 6-7 business days to arrive to most major world markets. If this interests you, please send an email to shop@tanyajohnston.com.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are granted. A close inspection of every print is made before shipping to ensure quality. In the event that any items are lost or damaged in transit, please contact me immediately via email at shop@tanyajohnston.com.
